Power requirements
Every unit runs on its own dedicated circuit, connected by a licensed electrician. Larger saunas and all outdoor models need a 240V supply; we confirm the exact circuit and plug for your models before delivery.

Humidity &
salt air
Thailand's climate is hard on any outdoor equipment, and coastal villas add salt. We plan placement before order so the equipment lasts.
- Indoor saunas go in a covered, ventilated or air-conditioned room, never an open sala.
- Outdoor saunas sit on a level, raised and drained base, under a roof or shade, with the fitted weather cover on when not in use.
- Keep cabins and chillers out of direct sea spray and irrigation; we advise on setback for beachfront sites.
- Chillers need airflow around the condenser and shade from afternoon sun to run efficiently.
- Coastal sites get a rinse-down and corrosion check at every service visit.
- We advise on placement for every outdoor install.

Contrast Supply Co. handles installation, servicing and warranty support for everything we supply, wherever it is in Thailand. Hotels and gyms can add a scheduled maintenance plan.

Delivery & installation
Nationwide
Delivered to site anywhere in Thailand, including Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Phuket. Island delivery is included in your quote.
Scheduling
We confirm your delivery and installation date when you order.
On site
Sauna cabins assemble in a few hours. You provide the electrical point and a level floor or base; we handle the rest.
Common questions
Can an indoor sauna go outside under a roof?
No. Indoor models aren't built for outdoor humidity. Choose the Outdoor OD-2 or OD-5 for any space open to the air.
Does a cold plunge need plumbing?
The Solace Commercial Ice Bath has no external plumbing. It fills from a hose, plugs into a 220V socket on its own 20A breaker, and drains through a built-in inset drain.
Does a pool chiller clean the water?
No. The chiller only cools. It connects to the pool's pump and filtration, which can be your existing system or one we supply. UV and ioniser treatment can be added.
Do prices include VAT, delivery and installation?
Proposals list the equipment price, delivery to your site and installation separately, with VAT shown on the total.
Can you work with our electrician or contractor?
Yes. We send the electrical requirements in advance so your contractor can prepare the circuit before delivery.
